How long does it take to plan a wedding?
It can take anywhere from 120-200+ hours to plan a Wedding! WOW- I know... which is why I would highly recommend our full planning package so that we can take care of absolutely everything for you! And you can sit back, relax and enjoy only the fun stuff!
what information is required prior to booking your services?
Prior to booking our services, and depending on the package you have selected or the services that you require we do ask that you please provide us with your Wedding date, Venue, Ceremony & Reception times and any other relevant information that you may have already planned yourselves. This will help us to assist you in selecting the best package to suit your needs. It is okay however, if you do not yet have this information. Please still feel free to contact us, so that we may assist you further.
do you offer custom packages?
Yes, absolutely! We understand that our packages may not be what everyone is looking for in a planner or stylist so we welcome people to please contact us first before deciding on a package so that we may provide you with further information or advise on a custom package suited to your needs.
Why should I hire a wedding planner/stylist?
There are many reasons that i could list as to why you should hire or consider hiring a wedding planner or stylist. The main thing would be to reduce stress and time that is taken away from your engagement to plan your wedding. it can really benefit a couple and their family to have a professional assisting them throughout the planning process of a wedding to ensure that stress is taken away from you, nothing is missed during the planning stage and you have someone there to help you with any and all of your needs.
What makes you different from other planners/stylists?
Personally, i think that my business differs from others due to the fact that i am open and willing to try anything and create the impossible to my best ability. i also pride myself in making others feel the joy and excitement of the lead up to their wedding, whilst taking all the stress and negativity away. planning and styling is my passion, and i think that this ensures my clients that they are in the best and most capable hands and they know that i will do my absolute best to create an unforgettable day.
How early should you start planning your wedding/hire a planner/stylist?
You should start planning your wedding and consider hiring a planner/stylist to assist around 9-12 months out from the wedding date. this may seem quite early on, however it can take roughly 200+ hours to plan a wedding and takes a lot of organisation and brainstorming which is not something you would want to rush or put stress onto yourself to have done.
Do i have to use you for both planning and styling or can i choose one?
You can absolutely only use me for planning, or styling if you wish. i would recommend visiting my 'our services' page on this website to see all of the packages i offer to try and cater to everyone's needs. i also offer customised packages if the ones on my services page do not quite relate to what you require.
What areas do you service?
Currently i service the Surfcoast, Victoria and am open to servicing Melbourne as well. for further information and to find out if i can service your area, please go to our contact page which you can find at the top left corner of the website, and send an email through so that we can further assist.
will you work alongside vendors/suppliers that we select, or only the ones that you have recommended?
i am more than happy to work with vendors/suppliers that i may not have worked with before. however, i would suggest sending through a contact email to advise me of who you are thinking or have booked in to use for your wedding so that i can do my research and make sure i will be the perfect fit alongside these vendors/suppliers.
what exactly do you do as a planner/stylist?
Planning and styling are both very different aspects of a wedding. as a planner, to put it briefly i will handle all of the documentation, contracts, quotes, site visits, vendor/supplier communication, sourcing, and pretty much anything that you require from me depending on the package you select.
as a stylist i would assist you in selecting the perfect style/theme of your big day based around your likes/dislikes, personality, budget and your wants and desires for your day. for further information on how i can service you as a planner or stylist please feel free to send me an email via the contact page.
