TAilored Checklist $200

1 x face to face consultation (1-2 hours) to run through every aspect of a wedding to ensure that nothing is overlooked and you have everything you need.

We will run through the basics such as guest list, requirements, ceremony venue, reception venue, catering, etc. and ensure that none of the small things are forgotten, like dietary requirements, catering quantities, timelines, logistics, and so on...

Lastly, you will be provided with a digital checklist that you may use leading up to your wedding to ensure that everything is perfect, nothing is missed and you can have a romantic, care-free day with your loved ones.

Research - $30ph

Face-to-face consult to discuss all elements of your wedding and what is needed to create the perfect day for you and your partner.

Venue Scouting.

Follow up calls and emails with vendors and suppliers to get quotes and further information that is relevant to your wedding.

Styling inspiration- mood boards, colour palettes, props, decor, florals, furniture + all things styling.

Logistics & requirements.

As each wedding is different, we encourage you to please send us an email if you are considering this package to ensure that we cover all aspects of research for your big day.

Venue Search - $300 (Min.5HRS)

1 x face to face consultation to discuss what you are looking for in your venue and what will best suit your hopes and needs, whilst sticking within your budget.

Phone and email contact throughout the process of selecting the perfect venue.

Phone and email contact directly with potential venues to ensure that all costs and requirements are specified prior to locking in a venue.

3 x site visits to help in selecting the perfect venue- this is necessary to ensure that any and all necessary questions are asked and answered as well as making sure that the space suits the style and feel that you are going for.

Final written up document, outlining the potential venues and main details to help select the right one for you.

STYLING SOS - From $3000

Face to face initial consultation to discuss and come up with styling ideas and colour palettes.

Follow up design proposal on styling components.

Design budget breakdown and overview.

Vendor & supplier scouting for all your styling needs.

Styling- tables, arbor, ceremony, reception, furniture, props, etc.

Furniture/prop hire scouting and assistance.

Lighting/AV.

Stationery and signage ideas & hunting down the perfect designer to suit your needs.

4 x concept meetings to make sure all of your wants and needs are met styling-wise. This will include a site visit to your selected Venue.

Ongoing liaising with venue and suppliers in regards to the styling component of your big day.

On- day set up and pack down styling services.

Part-time planner - From $2500

Complimentary initial consultation with your planner.

Unlimited phone and email contact with your planner leading up to the wedding.

Custom run sheet to ensure that every aspect of your day goes exactly how you want it.

Styling assistance.

Consistent follow up email & phone calls with the vendors and suppliers involved in your big day, to ensure they have everything covered and perfected for you.

3-4 one on one consultations throughout the planning stage, making sure nothing is missed and to touch base on how you are going with sourcing vendors/suppliers. This will include a site visit to your selected venue.

On- day coordination & assistance with styling components on the day, making sure that the only thing you have to focus on is your new forever person and wonderful guests!

FULL-FLEDGED PLANNER -From $5000

Complimentary initial consultation with your planner.

Scouting all suppliers & vendors for your big day and unlimited phone and email contact from the planner.

Unlimited phone and email contact with your planner throughout the planning and up to your wedding day.

Custom run sheet to ensure that every aspect of your day goes exactly how you want it.

5-6 one on one consultations throughout the planning stage, making sure that nothing is missed and to check in on how things are going.

Budget analysis.

Site visits and supplier/vendor meetings as needed.

The day before rehearsal to ensure everything flows and the bridal party know what is needed of them on the day.

On- day coordination & assistance with styling components on the day, making sure that the only thing you have to focus on is your lover and wonderful guests!

On day Co-ordination - From $2000

* Please note- the below timeline is just a guide, this does not mean that you are required to book us this far in advance or ahead of time- we can work with any time frame.

4-6 months out: 1 x in depth consult to run through every aspect of your big day using our customised checklist, to ensure that nothing has been missed and that everything is exactly how you wish for it to be on your Wedding Day.

6 weeks out: Develop a custom run sheet outlining all of the details and times for your day, including other vendor/supplier details. Then touch base with all vendors/suppliers to ensure that we are all on the same page and prepared for the day.

4 weeks out: Take over all communication with Vendors/Suppliers involved for your Wedding to ensure a stress-free lead up to your big day for yourself and your loved ones.

2 weeks out: meet up with client (s) to make sure everything is locked in, paid off and organised for your Wedding, leaving only the small details which I can take care of for you. This will be the final time to make any changes to the custom run sheet that we have created for you. The final run sheet will then be sent out to all of your Vendors/Suppliers.

On the day: I will be available and present for the duration of your Wedding, including the Bump in/Bump out before and after. I will be there to manage all aspects of the Wedding, including management/liaising with all of the Vendors/Suppliers so that you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Bump in: For bump in and set up of your Wedding, I will be there at the crack of dawn to begin arranging and styling any/all aspects of your big day to make it the vision of your dreams, and complete this in advance to your Ceremony and Reception so that there is nothing to focus on, or worry about on the day. We want your only focus to be friends, family and loved ones!

Bump out: For the bump out and pack down of your Wedding, I will be there to do all of the nitty gritty, that no Bride/Groom should have to worry about on their special day. This includes picking up all rubbish left at the Venue (s), packing up any styling or hired items from the day, liaising and assisting with the Bump out of other Vendors/ Suppliers involved and leaving everything the way it was in the first place and as the Venue has requested.
